VILLAGE OF NEW PALTZ, ULSTER COUNTY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Paltz on October 22, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at New Paltz Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York to consider a proposed Cable Television Franchise Agreement between the Village of New Paltz and Spectrum.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any resident of the Village of New Paltz is entitled to be heard at such public hearing. The proposed Cable Franchise Agreement can be viewed on the Village of New Paltz’s website, and copies are also available for public review at:

New Paltz, NY

• North end of South Chestnut Street
• South end of North Chestnut Street

Closure Dates: Monday, October 13 to Wednesday, October 15
Time: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily

These closures are to complete milling and final paving.
