ABOUT CONSOLIDATION

Consolidation is the merging of two local governments resulting in the elimination of one. In our case, the Village of New Paltz will be dissolved and absorbed by the Town of New Paltz.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Special Meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Paltz will take place on the dates and locations noted below for the purpose of discussing the proposed consolidation of the Village of New Paltz and the Town of New Paltz, Ulster County, New York, into a consolidated town government.

 

  • Tuesday October 20ᵗʰ at 6:00pm at SUNY New Paltz (LC 108)
  • Thursday October 22ⁿᵈ at 6:00pm at New Paltz Community Center
  • Thursday October 29th 4:00 PM SUNY New Paltz Van Den Berg Hall 101
