ZB25-09; 13 Acedemy Street

The Village of New Paltz Department of Public Works is working to repair a water main break between N. Oakwood and Millrock. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolve the issue.

The Department of Public Works will begin snow removal on all Village streets today, January 28, 2026, starting at 10:00 PM, and will continue until the work is completed.

Important reminders for residents:

• Please do not park in areas where “No Parking” signs have been posted.
• Please continue to adhere to all other posted parking regulations.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to keep our streets safe and clear.

Please take notice that a joint special meeting of the Village of New Paltz Planning Board and Historic Preservation Commission will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the meeting can be convened, at Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, NY. The meeting will immediately follow the Historic Preservation Commission’s regular meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and review a proposed Site Plan application by the Historic Huguenot Society. This meeting is not a public hearing, and the public will not be permitted to speak. Public hearings for both boards will be held at a later date.
