August 18 2026 Planning Board Meeting Cancelled
Due to board member unavailability, the August 18 Planning Board meeting must be cancelled as we will be unable to achieve a quorum.
The agenda items scheduled and public hearings will move to September 1.

There has been an appearance of a nationwide scam involving request for payment for application invoices for the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.
The Village will NEVER request payment by wire transfer. If you receive such a request, please disregard it and consider the request fraudulent.

The Zoning Board of Appeals meeting scheduled for Tuesday August 11, 2026, at 7:00 pm is cancelled due to lack of quorum.
It will be either rescheduled and unnoticed or carried over to the September meeting.

Road Milling & Paving Notice: August 4–6, 2026
The Village of New Paltz will be conducting road milling on Tricor Avenue, Mohonk Avenue, and Millrock Road on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, and Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
Paving of these same streets is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026.
Please expect temporary traffic delays and parking restrictions in work areas. Thank you for your patience as these improvements are completed.
