NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Paltz will take place on Monday July 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at New Paltz Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz N.Y. for the purpose of: i) considering whether to award the sewer remediation contract to Amity Construction Corp. of Poughkeepsie, New York; and ii) for any other lawful business of the Village of New Paltz.

The Village of New Paltz will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Village Clerk.

TUESDAY, JULY 11 MEETING RESCHEDULED TO THURSDAY, JULY 6

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of New Paltz on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 has been rescheduled to Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 7pm, due a lack of quorum for the regular meeting.

PUBLIC HEARINGS RESCHEDULED

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the public hearings originally scheduled to open on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 7pm, will now open at the meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 7pm.

  • The public hearing for ZB23-03: 181 Huguenot Street was opened at the June 13, 2023 meeting, and will resume on Thursday, July 6.
  • The public hearing for ZB23-02:145 North Chestnut Street, which was originally scheduled to open on July 11, will open on Thursday, July 6.
