Ulster County Affordable Rental Upgrade Program!

Great news! The Ulster County Affordable Rental Upgrade Program has launched

The Affordable Rental Upgrade Program (ARUP) provides grants for health, safety, and energy-efficiency upgrades for rental apartments serving low to moderate-income renters in Ulster County. In exchange for grant funds, landlords will agree to keep rents at affordable levels for a period of five (5) to seven (7) years based on the amount of funding awarded.
