Public Hearing Notice – May 8th 7pm

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Paltz on May 8th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at New Paltz Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York regarding the adoption of a local law that would amend Village Code Section 198 Vehicles and Traffic by removing fees from the code and including reference to the annually adopted Fee Schedule.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any resident of the Village of New Paltz is entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at:
