The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss, and potentially make determinations regarding, Part 3 of the Environmental Assessment Form for the Zero Place project at 87-91 & 93 North Chestnut St., New Paltz and to set a Public Hearing for PB17-25, 64 Plains Road, Discovery Institute/Crocitto and any other business that comes before the Board.

Public Hearing Notice: Local Law re: Storm Sewers & Storm Water Management – 9/13/2017
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Paltz on September 13, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York to consider the adoption of a Local Law creating Chapter 165 of the Village Code entitled “Storm Sewers & Storm Water Management.”
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law (State Environmental Quality Review Act/SEQRA), a SEQRA public hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of New Paltz at the aforesaid time for the purposes of reviewing any SEQRA impacts relative to the proposed Local Law.
NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN that, pursuant to Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law (SEQRA) and its implementing regulations contained in NYCRR Part 617, the Village Board of the Village of New Paltz has preliminarily classified this as an Unlisted action; has determined that it will act as Lead Agency for the purposes of SEQRA review; will coordinate environmental review pursuant to Article 8 of the ECL and the implementing regulations with any other interested and involved agencies; and will be conducting said SEQRA review during the public hearing referenced herein. For additional information related to the SEQRA review of this proposed action, please contact Alberta Show, Village Clerk, at the address or telephone number below.
